myUF Marketplace Quarterly Upgrade to 24.3 November 4, 2024

With the new myUF Marketplace Quarterly Upgrade on Monday, November 4, 2024, changes include:

• Change in terminology for suppliers: Active for Shopping is now Enabled for Procurement

• Ability for invoice approvers to return invoices to themselves. Approvers with the Create PO Invoice/Credit Memo or Create Non-PO Invoice/Credit Memo permission to be able to return an invoice to themselves and it will go into their Invoice Drafts. There they can change and resubmit.  If they do not have either permission, they will see the regular Return Invoice overlay.

Note: If an invoice comes in electronically, an approver can only return to self and not to invoice owner.

If this is the case, return it to self, then resubmit, then assign and return and the invoice owner will show as well.
