Different Room Options and Rates are listed in the UF GO Shopping Page. Please, review the Rules and cancellation policy or call the hotel directly to confirm the requirements for a special rate.
| AAA/CAA, Government, or Military | Depending on the hotel Government might be Federal or State. Please work with the hotel to confirm documentation that is needed for rate. |
| UF Rate | UF negotiated rate. Might display department name such as UFL Clas, Univ Athletic Assn, or UF Levin College. Review the Rules and cancellation policy to confirm requirements for rate as most require a University of Florida Company ID. |
| BCD | World Travel Services discount for all UF travelers |
| Member Rate | Must be a member at the Loyalty program for the hotel chain (Marriot Bonvoy, Hilton Honors). Please ensure your Loyalty Rewards Program is set up in your profile and the Member Rate is being selected at booking. |
| Regular Rate | Available to everyone |
Additional Documentation for Bookings
UF GO does not share Tax Exemption status or Prepayment Authorization forms with the hotel. Both processes will need to be resolved directly with the hotel.

The GSA Rate will not be displayed on the UF GO Shopping Page. If you would like to confirm the rate of a certain location, please use the links below.
