Walmart has updated the way the purchases should be made in order for UF to receive the Florida sales tax exemption. Purchases must be made using the UF Business Account. This account provides 3 options for shopping: online and receiving direct shipment, online with store pick-up, and shopping in-store. In order to gain access to this account you will need to receive an invitation from UF Procurement. To request an invitation, please email tss-fa-procurement-pf@ad.ufl.edu with “Invitation to UF Walmart Business Account” in the subject line.
