myUF Marketplace Online Training
PST073 – “Intro to Procurement in myUF Marketplace” – Users needing the role UF_N_MKT_REQUESTOR or who want to brush up on their myUF Marketplace skills can now take the training from their desktop.
To register, go to MyUFL>My Self Service>Training and Development>Request Training Enrollment and search by Course Name or Course Number. Click View Available Sessions to see the Online training.

In Class Training
In class myUF Marketplace training PST073 – “Intro to Procurement in myUF Marketplace” is available. Please note that this class is designed for those employees designated Requestors.
- Those employees designated Approvers and Shoppers are welcome to attend but can also receive training using web-based tools and instruction guides.
- DSAs can request the security role UF_N_MKT_REQUESTOR for Requestors within a day or two after they have attended training.

An Open Lab Session is for regular users (Shoppers, Requestors, and Approvers) of myUF Marketplace and is not intended to replace PST073 – Intro to Procurement in myUF Marketplace Requestor training. These sessions will provide tips, tricks and techniques for using the market, so bring your questions and/or issues.
Common questions include how to process split distributions, what forms to use when, how to create an internal vendor PO, requisition workflow (who is approving my req and how do I contact them), etc. We will be working in the live environment so you must have myUF Marketplace access to participate.
Contact the myUF Marketplace Help Desk via the contact form to request an open lab for your department. Open labs require attendance of at least 5 people.
